Terms & Conditions


We reserve the right to increase the prices of our menu items as necessary to keep in line with inflation or supplier price increase without prior notice.

If you’re looking to book a table for 4 people or more, you’ll be required to pay a deposit of £10 per head. In the event that you’re unable to fulfil your booking for any reason, you will not be refunded any part of the deposit. However, full refund will be given if you cancel your booking provided you give 72 hours minimum notice. If you make a short notice booking (3 days or less), we will not refund any part of the deposit.

Please be aware that we do not refund delivered food items. We will endeavour to replace any missing items or honour a full refund if it falls beyond our means to re-deliver the missing items.

We cannot guarantee an on time delivery if the driver experiences road traffic or other road delays. Should the order leave our premises for delivery, you will not be able to cancel or change your order anymore.

You can cancel an order up to 10 minutes after it’s been placed.

We will not be responsible for orders placed to a wrong address so please always check your details are correct. Otherwise, you may be asked to pay a second delivery fee should you change your initial delivery address.

We may refuse to honour an order if you behave in an abusive way towards our staff or any associated delivery driver.

Please promptly make any payments due when asked. This is to ensure all customers are attended to efficiently and in a timely manner.

We will not tolerate any abusive or aggressive behaviour towards any member of staff. Kindly report to the manager, any issue that may arise during your visit to our restaurant and the matter will be dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Our website displays an allergy chart and as such, we will not be responsible for any allergy related symptoms or health issues that may arise from consuming our food with or without your prior knowledge of risks to yourself or anyone else. Please contact us for advice if you have ANY allergy before buying from our website or consuming our food.

While we endeavour to stock up on our menu items, there is no guarantee that they will be available at all times. When this happens, we may offer an alternative. Please note, we will not give a refund where an alternative has been offered and accepted.

By using our website or indicating your consent, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

We may refuse to accept or process an order as a result of any abusive or aggressive nature towards any member of our staff.

While we try to make sure that the website is up to date and accurate, we do not guarantee that the website or its server will be error, defect and virus free at all times.
